1977 Bandit Trans Am

1977 PHS documented Y81 SE black and gold ("Bandit") Trans Am. This car came loaded with options: PS, PB, AC, Tilt, PW, PL, Cruise, RWD, Deluxe interior, and the Y81 SE package. This TA is showing just over 92000 miles and it drives like that is the correct original mileage.

The body was stripped to bare metal and repainted with high end PPG products. Paint is a very deep, high gloss basecoat/clearcoat, color sanded and buffed. The car is very slick and straight. doors open and close as new. All new stripes and decals, and all new GM weather strips.

Interior appears to still be the original. New carpet and sill plates were installed. Dash is nice and uncracked. Pass seat has one seam starting to pull loose, pass power door lock actuator is not working, and pass side door panel has one small tear in it. Engine was rebuilt by previous owner and now has a mild cam in it. Engine compartment is clean and appears complete and mostly original. Engine runs good, working gauges show it operates at proper temp and oil pressure. Car has dual exhaust w/turbo mufflers.

Floors and trunk are solid, as are door jambs and door corners. Trunk is still in orig finish. All PHS options are still on the car except for a 70'/80's vintage pioneer super tuner radio.
